Dear Friends & Partners,

At the birth of each of my five children, I was overwhelmed with joy. New life! What a miracle! What an event to celebrate!

At JESUS Film Harvest Partners this month we are celebrating ten million new lives—those who have made decisions to follow Christ over the last twelve years. The birth of each new person into the Kingdom of God is truly a cause for celebration.

Based on our reports last year from around the globe, that is an average of one new person coming to Christ every 45 seconds!

Rather than doctors and nurses, the delivery assistants here were the 328 JESUS Film Harvest Partners' teams—typically comprised of three to five nationals who shared Jesus and assisted in the delivery of ten million new Christians by using primarily the JESUS Film as well as other evangelistic tools to share God's love. You have also been one of over 7,440 "birthing assistants" through your prayers and donations to support JESUS Film Harvest Partners.

I am often asked what has happened to these ten million people. Testimonies of new believers include physical healing, freedom from dark forces and witchcraft, reconciliation of families, and new lives in Christ. In Bangladesh, communities have renounced the worship of multiple gods and goddesses for the true God. In Malawi, one person dreamt of a white-robed figure standing in fire offering a choice for eternity.

In El Salvador, the church is taking over gang-controlled parks. In Brazil, those with addictions are being freed from bondage. In Indonesia, people are seeing the JESUS Film in their homes. In Cuba, new work is being opened in challenging areas. The good news—to date, 3,557,080 of these ten million people have returned for initial discipleship. Of these, some have continued to grow in their lives with Jesus, while others have not. Jesus told us to "go and make disciples," so that is what we are doing! Praise God!

Now that we have met the 2010 goal of ten million new Christians by 2010, we are moving toward a new goal of fifteen million decisions for Christ by 2015. The JESUS Film has been translated into over 1,000 languages. Our teams are able to use more than 250 of these languages in over 100 countries around the globe. Our missionaries have requested an additional 117 new teams as soon as funds are available to support them.
